All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving them. The delivery of the order depends on the location of the buyer. It roughly takes 5 to 7 working days after the product is dispatched.
Once the product is dispatched, the tracking ID of the respective courier company will be shared with the buyer on email id. You can track the package with just one click.

It means Cash on Delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card payment options.
Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please follow the given below procedure:
- Click the picture of the product and send it to us at support@tshfam.in with your order no.
- Our team will check and review the product and approve all the requests (Note: Any unreasonable request would be rejected)
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us as well. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us via a reputed courier partner including your tracking number. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back to your account. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable. International orders are not eligible for return unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@tshfam.in and we will get back to you.
